Registered Nurse (RN) - NICU Manager

Role: RN Manager for NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the neonatal nursing unit. Responsibilities: Develop departmental goals aligned with organizational strategy, manage staff performance, scheduling, recruitment, payroll, and engagement.Monitor budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee vendor relations, and coordinate patient care with staff, physicians, and departments.Assess and improve quality of patient care delivery, ensuring high standards and safety. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in nursing required, master's preferred. Valid RN licensure, BLS, and Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification. Minimum of 3 years leadership experience in healthcare. Key Duties: Manage staff relations, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee resource needs, and coordinate patient services. Position is onsite, full-time, with day shifts.
