Job Summary

The Registered Nurse, using critical thinking skills, coordinates and provides safe, quality care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Assists in organizing patient care activities as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Affords assessments physical, psychosocial, educational and growth and development needs of the patient.
- Develops a written plan of care using assessment data.
- Implements nursing care plan.
- Evaluates patient's response to interventions.
- Demonstrates leadership skills.
- Affords assistance in organizing Patient Care Activities
Qualifications
- Education: Required: Graduate of Registered Nurse Program
- Experience: None
- Licenses: REGISTERED NURSE
- Certifications: BLS/CPR (AMERICAN HEART ASSN)NRP (AMERICAN ACADEMY OF PEDIATRICS) within 90 days of hire/transfer effective dateSTABLE PROGRAM (within 365 days of hire/transfer effective date)
