About the role

Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital (NVRH), a not-for-profit rural critical access hospital, is excited to welcome applicants to our New Graduate Nurse Residency Program on our Medical-Surgical Unit. This structured, year-long transition-to-practice program is designed to help newly licensed nurses begin their careers with confidence, competence, and exceptional support.

Program Overview

12-Month Transition to Practice Experience
Start strong. Grow confident. Thrive in your nursing career. The NVRH New Graduate Nurse Residency Program provides a comprehensive, hands-on onboarding experience tailored to support new nurses.

What You'll Gain

Requirements

  • Hold an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
  • Possess (or are eligible for) a Vermont or multi-state Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Bring strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability
