Seeking a new graduate registered nurse for a comprehensive Nurse Residency Program in a supportive, community-focused environment to launch your nursing career and grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, evidence-based patient care with support from clinical preceptors
• Collaborate within interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient experiences
• Utilize advanced technology and clinical tools to support patient well-being
• Participate in structured learning, simulation, and specialty rotations
• Build confidence and competence through hands-on practice and mentorship

Requirements

• Current NC RN license or eligibility in a Nurse Licensure Compact state
• Diploma in Nursing, ADN, or higher from an accredited program
• 0-6 months RN experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS, PALS, or NRP within 6 months
