About the role

Join our Neuro-Tele Medical Surgical Team at Magnet designated Good Shepherd Hospital. Our nursing team is made up of both supportive experienced RNs and enthusiastic new grads who exemplify teamwork, resilience, and collaboration. Working alongside our nursing assistants who bring diverse skills and perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Use evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

Qualifications

Pay

Pay Range $38.20 - $57.30

Schedule

Three 12hr shifts from 07:00-19:30. Holidays and weekends required.
