Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the Neuro/Stoke Unit
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure patient care quality
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Requirements
- Current FL RN License or in the process of obtaining it
- Minimum 1 year of acute care/hospital experience
- BSN or willing to obtain within 36 months from hire (ASN considered with solid experience)
- BLS required; ACLS preferred
Qualifications
- Experience in acute care setting
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Effective communication skills
- Proficient in medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to manage stress and prioritize tasks
