Registered Nurse (RN) - Mother Baby (Part-Time Nights)

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Mother Baby, providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care in a clinical environment. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practices.Partner with patients and families to deliver personalized, culturally sensitive care, utilizing relationship-based approaches.Coordinate interdisciplinary communication and documentation to ensure safe and effective patient care.Support performance improvement initiatives, research, and shared governance to promote quality outcomes.Serve as a preceptor or mentor to foster professional development and a healthy work environment.Contribute to protocol development, resource management, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Qualifications & Skills Minimum two years of direct patient care experience.Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred).Valid RN license (single or multi-state), with all relevant certifications (BLS, NRP, etc.) upon hire.Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and customer service skills.Proficiency in clinical technology and computer skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating critical thinking and time management.
