Responsibilities
- Independently perform clinical care in a family-centered environment.
- Provide evidence-based, high-quality care to mothers and newborns, including couplet care and newborn nursery support.
- Serve as a resource for other team members.
Requirements
- Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school (Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is strongly preferred, or agreement to enroll within six months of employment).
- RN license to practice in Maryland or the ability to obtain a Maryland license within a specified timeframe.
- One to two years of clinical nursing experience is strongly preferred; new graduates with focused practicum or technician experience in Women’s and Children’s Services will be considered.
- Healthcare Provider-Level CPR (BLS) certification, and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required.
Pay
Min USD $38.58/Hr. Max USD $69.44/Hr.
