Registered Nurse (RN) Medical-Surgical Telemetry (MST)

About the role

Havasu Regional Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Medical Surgical Telemetry (MST) to join our dedicated team. This position offers a competitive salary of $25,000 sign-on bonus available to well-qualified applicants.

Responsibilities

• Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
• Documents patient care and monitors patient condition, communicating with care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Captures and communicates patient information accurately and timely.
• Coordinates patient care across disciplines, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and support needs.
• Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.

Requirements

• A current Arizona or Compact State RN license.
• An Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire; ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred.
