About the Role

Working at Pineville’s newest Oncology/Med/Surg 3 Pine unit means joining a new unit that offers the opportunity to grow with a team from the ground up! Our patient population includes Oncology, GI, respiratory, cardiac, diabetes, and short-stay surgeries such as cholecystectomies and appendectomies. Caring for this diverse group will provide our nursing team with a robust skillset, building confidence in any setting. Responsibilities

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will:

  • Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Use evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, compassion, and skilled communication to lead efforts in creating the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

Requirements

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
  • At least 6 months of RN experience (this position is not for new graduates).
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Schedule

  • Part-time: 24 hours per week.
  • 2, 12-hour night shifts per week.
  • Holiday rotation.
  • Weekend rotation.

Pay

Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 per hour.

A sign-on bonus is available to applicants who have not received a sign-on bonus from the company for another role within the past 24 months.
