About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our 14-bed Med/Surg unit, providing compassionate care in a collaborative environment with a 6:1 patient-to-nurse ratio. The role focuses on patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments
• Initiate nursing interventions
• Administer treatments
• Document care
• Update interdisciplinary care plans

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Associate's degree in nursing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• ACLS and PALS preferred within six months of hire
• One year of experience preferred
