We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a Medical-Surgical unit. Key Responsibilities Include Providing compassionate, evidence-based care to adult and geriatric patients Conducting assessments, developing care plans, administering medications, managing wounds, and monitoring post-surgical patients Coordinating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Educating patients and families about their care Documenting care in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) Supporting safe discharge planning Participating in quality improvement initiatives Maintaining infection control standards Precepting new staff members Qualifications And Skills Valid nursing license Strong clinical skills in medical-surgical nursing Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning Ability to contribute to a collaborative and professional work environment
