Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Care

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for an Intermediate Medical Care (IMC) unit, responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in a 4-bed unit with a 4:1 nurse-to-patient ratio.

Responsibilities

• Administering medications
• Performing clinical treatments
• Documenting care
• Monitoring patient conditions
• Assisting with activities of daily living
• Collaborating across disciplines for patient transfers, discharges, and support needs
• Providing patient and family education
• Advocating for patient well-being
• Ensuring quality care delivery

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing
• BLS certification
• ACLS required within six months

Qualifications

• Prior experience in medical-surgical or angio units preferred

Schedule

• Full-time hours
• 12-hour shifts

Pay

• $15,000 commitment bonus for two years
