Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver direct patient care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
- Assess patient data, develop and implement care plans, and achieve desired outcomes.
- Delegate tasks appropriately and serve as a leader within the care team.
- Provide compassionate, high-quality, patient-centered care while adhering to the scope of practice outlined in the Nurse Practice Act.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program and current NY RN license.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred; commitment to obtain within 5 years if not already held.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and competency in nursing practices.
- Ability to recognize and respond to patient care issues and emergencies.
