Registered Nurse (RN), Med-Tele, Full time, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

About the role

Provides direct nursing care including: assessment, plan of care, education, and evaluation for assigned patients. Performs patient duties necessary to maintain the flow of patient care as well as coordinates the delivery of care provided by other care team members and disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients' conditions and develops treatment plans.
• Conducts patient education sessions.
• Evaluates patient progress and adjusts care plans accordingly.
• Maintains the continuity of patient care.
• Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current California RN license.
• Evidence of continuing education.
• Prior experience in an acute care facility or formal classroom education.
• Current Basic Life Support Card.
