Registered Nurse / RN - Med Surg Tele

About the role

The role requires a current Massachusetts license, excellent interpersonal skills, effective communication, fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in a hospital setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop care plans accordingly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts license.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including patience, empathy, and compassion.
• Effective communication skills, including active listening, writing, speaking, and reading comprehension.
• Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2,843
