Registered Nurse (RN) - Med/Surg - Multiple Shifts
About the role
The Registered Nurse at Great Falls Clinic Hospital provides care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. They collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes. Nurses interact with patients and their significant others, adhering to the standard of professional nursing.
Responsibilities
- Delivers care to pediatric and adult patients before and after surgical procedures, and with a broad range of medical conditions.
- Gives direction to LPN, CNA, Housekeeping Staff, and Dietary Staff.
- Receives direction from Providers, Acute Care Director, Charge Nurse, and CNO.
Requirements
- RN nursing graduate, required.
- No minimum requirement for experience, but Med/Surgical and Pediatric Nursing experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Montana RN Licensure, required.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certification to be completed within six months of hire.
Skills
- Basic Nursing Principles and Procedures.
- Basic office skills.
- IV skills.
