Responsibilities
- Provide care in accordance with the nursing process
- Assess patients’ physical, psychological, and social needs
- Implement treatment plans based on assessment findings
- Communicate effectively with patients and families
- Perform daily patient care duties
- Adhere to infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Current Indiana license
- Excellent interpersonal skills including patience, empathy, and compassion
- Effective communication skills, including active listening, writing, speaking, and reading comprehension
- Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
