Department: Nursing Med Surg, 10 Ardmore East Medicine

About the Role

10 Ardmore East is a 16-bed Medicine Floor that primarily serves the Family Practice service line. The team thrives on strong connections with providers, patients, and each other, creating a welcoming and collaborative environment. Family Medicine patients are already connected with a Primary Care Provider within the Atrium Network and receive inpatient care from this team when needed.

Schedule

  • 40 hours per week
  • 3–12-hour shifts per week
  • Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Rotating weekends and holidays

Pay

Pay range: $38.20 - $57.30 per hour

Responsibilities

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will:

  • Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Utilize evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, and compassionate communication to lead efforts in creating the safest patient environment and the best patient experience.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advocate for patient needs and uphold professional practice standards.

Requirements

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
