About the role

The RN Med Surg Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the medical‑surgical department, ensuring safe patient care, staffing, and fiscal responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and promotes service excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing.
• Valid Multi‑State RN license.
• BLS CPR certification.
• CPI certification.
• Additional unit‑specific certifications as required.
