About the role

Lead and shape the daily operations of a dynamic inpatient unit, overseeing the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals with psychiatric and substance use disorders. Drive the implementation and continuous evaluation of nursing practices across all hospital units to ensure exceptional outcomes and foster a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of an inpatient psychiatric/substance use unit.
• Implement and evaluate nursing practices to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Promote a collaborative team environment focused on patient recovery.

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday, 12 p.m. – 9 p.m., or
• Friday – Sunday, 9 a.m. – 9 p.m.

Requirements

• Current license to practice nursing in the State of Georgia (or eligible to receive or renew).
• Three years’ supervisory experience required; inpatient setting preferred.
• Three years’ experience in mental health.
• Current CPI certification.
• Current CPR or BLS certification.
