Registered Nurse RN LTC (LOCAL) - Scarborough, ME

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join the clinical team at Pine Point Center in Scarborough, ME. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting, ensuring residents receive safe, effective, and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care to residents in a long-term care environment
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed
• Monitor and assess residents' conditions and report changes promptly
• Maintain accurate documentation and medical records
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs and delegate tasks appropriately
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards
• Provide patient and family education regarding care plans

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License – Maine or Compact
• Minimum 2 Years Of Long-Term Care (LTC) Experience
• BLS Certification (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS Certification (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based healthcare environment
