Responsibilities
- Provide safe, quality patient care in accordance with West Virginia RN licensure and facility protocols
- Demonstrate patience, empathy, and compassion in all patient and team interactions
- Communicate effectively through active listening, clear writing, and concise speaking
- Solve problems quickly and adapt to changing clinical situations
- Stand for extended periods during shifts
Requirements
- Current West Virginia Registered Nurse license
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Effective communication skills, including reading comprehension
- Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
