Registered Nurse (RN) - Long Term Acute Care - $38+ per hour

About the role

Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Long Term Acute Care, responsible for providing compassionate inpatient care to critically ill patients requiring extended recovery.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and preceptors to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patients’ physical, emotional, social, educational, and functional needs.
• Interpret assessment data to formulate nursing diagnoses, interventions, and discharge plans.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary teams to achieve rehabilitation goals.
• Ensure accurate, complete, and timely documentation in medical records.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Valid State RN License required; BLS certification at hire.
