Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting
- Administer medications & treatments
- Absess patient condition
- Educate families and caregivers
- Follow plan of care
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license (GA)
- Current CPR certification
- Pediatric home health experience (preferred)
- Trach and/or ventilator experience (preferred)
