Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Visa Sponsorship Available

Job Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled rehab and long-term care setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Accurately document patient care in the electronic medical record
• Follow physician orders, care plans, and facility protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
• Participate in orientation, training, and competency assessments
• Maintain professionalism, accountability, and ethical nursing practice

Qualifications

• Nursing education completed outside the United States
• RN or LPN licensure (or eligibility for U.S. licensure)
• Willingness to obtain and maintain New York State nursing licensure
• English proficiency sufficient for safe clinical practice
• Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and teamwork skills
• Prior experience in hospital, rehab, or long-term care preferred (not required)
