Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting
- Administer medications & treatments
- Assess patient condition
- Educate families and caregivers
- Follow plan of care
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (GA)
- Current CPR certification
- Preferred pediatric home health experience
- Trach and/or ventilator experience
- New grads welcome
Schedule
- Full‑time, part‑time, and PRN opportunities
- Flexible scheduling based on availability
- 8, 10, 12, or 16‑hour shifts available
Pay
Weekly pay with a range of $33‑$47 per hour.
