Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (GA)
• Current CPR certification
• Pediatric home health experience (preferred)
• Trach and/or ventilator experience (preferred)
• New Grads Welcome!

What You’ll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting
• Administer medications & treatments
• Assess patient condition
• Educate families and caregivers
• Follow plan of care

Pay & Benefits

• Pay Range: $33-$47/hr
