Registered Nurse (RN) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

About the role

Kimwell Nursing and Rehab is seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate RN/LPN to join their dedicated team. They are offering sign-on bonuses; $5,000 for Full-Time positions.

Responsibilities

• Delivers efficient and effective nursing care under the direction of the Unit Manager, ADON, or DON.
• Manages patient care by performing nursing assessments and collaborating with the nursing team and other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care.
• Coordinates, delegates, and supervises nursing functions, problem solves, and makes decisions as necessary.
• Creates a patient-centered environment.
• Follows facility’s policies and procedures.
• Willing to work rotating shifts.
• Basic knowledge of computer use.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Licensed by the State Board of Nursing and in good standing.
• New Grads WELCOME!
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of patients and visitors.
• Maintains current BLS/CPR certifications.
