Responsible for
- Counsels and educates patients and families on care plans, medications, and self-care strategies.
- Develops, implements, and adjusts personalized patient care plans based on ongoing clinical assessments.

- PALS & BCLS required with position.
- At least one year of ICU experience required or Preop & PACU experience preferred.
