Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery (Nights)

Role Overview Provides safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and standards, demonstrating professionalism and a patient-centered approach. Key Responsibilities Supervises and guides assigned staff to deliver quality patient care.Ensures adherence to clinical protocols and standards.Promotes a collaborative team environment and effective communication.Supports patient safety and satisfaction initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.One year of acute care experience or completion of a specialty course within six months of hire.Current RN license in the state; BLS certification.ACLS, PALS, or NRP certifications as required by the department.Ability to demonstrate leadership, professionalism, and excellent communication skills.
