Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor and Delivery/OB

Role & Responsibilities

• Perform accurate patient assessments and identify needs
• Initiate appropriate nursing interventions
• Provide age and condition-specific care
• Document medical records timely and accurately
• Develop and update Interdisciplinary Care Plans
• Conduct quality improvement assessments

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN license and degree from an accredited program
• BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, NRP, and Handle with Care preferred
• Strong assessment, documentation, and patient care skills
• Ability to work in a 1:1 nurse-to-patient environment

Key Duties & Environment

• Operate in a 10-bed Labor & Delivery/OB unit with dedicated staff
• Maintain a warm, supportive environment
• Rotate every third weekend and major holidays
• Contribute to a team committed to community health and exceptional care
