About the role
The role requires a Registered Nurse with current Florida license.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in a hospital setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care plans are met.
- Perform medication administration and documentation.
- Assess patient needs and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families.
Qualifications
- Current Florida license.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including patience, empathy, and compassion.
- Effective communication skills, including active listening, writing, speaking, and reading comprehension.
- Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
