About the role

The role requires a current Ohio license, excellent interpersonal skills, effective communication, fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in a hospital setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare professionals.
• Perform routine medical procedures as necessary.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio license.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including patience, empathy, and compassion.
• Effective communication skills, including active listening, writing, speaking, and reading comprehension.
• Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
