About the role
The RN Manager of Labor & Delivery oversees clinical, operational, and staff management functions within a high-volume women's services environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead staffing, recruitment, performance management, and staff development
- Foster a culture of accountability and collaboration
- Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care, quality, and service
- Drive performance improvement initiatives using clinical and operational data
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of Labor & Delivery experience with demonstrated leadership ability
- Current RN license in California
- BLS certification from AHA
