Registered Nurse (RN) IVF Cycle Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Educating patients about fertility treatments, medications, and individualized care plans.
- Coinciding IVF and fertility treatment cycles from start to finish.
- Teaching medication administration, including injection training.
- Triage patient questions and provide timely follow-up care.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, embryology, surgery center, laboratory, and billing teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Reviewing laboratory results and communicating next steps with patients.
- Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Administering medications and injections as needed.
- Providing compassionate emotional support to patients and their partners during every stage of treatment.
Requirements
A licensed Registered Nurse (RN).
Compassionate, empathetic, and committed to exceptional patient care.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment.
An effective communicator who enjoys collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Interested in building a long-term career in fertility, reproductive medicine, or women's health.

Schedule
Predictable schedule: Primarily Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, with a shared weekend and holiday rotation. No overnight shifts.
