Registered Nurse (RN) – IV Hydration & Wellness Provider

Job Summary

Our Registered Nurses are the heart of the Vida-Flo experience. As an IV Hydration Provider, you’ll deliver IV hydration therapy and wellness injections while creating a welcoming, personalized experience for every guest.

Essential Responsibilities

• Conduct wellness assessments, obtain vital signs, review medical history, and determine treatment eligibility.
• Administer IV hydration therapy, vitamin infusions, and intramuscular injections according to physician standing orders.
• Educate clients on our treatments, products, and wellness services while making appropriate recommendations based on their goals.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and documentation.
• Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and company policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
• Support clinic operations, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Represent Vida-Flo’s core values in every client interaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of current IV insertion experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong venipuncture and injection skills.
• Reliable transportation for travel between clinic locations, community events, or concierge visits as needed.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable handling medical situations while remaining calm and professional.
• Computer proficiency, including electronic medical records, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Apple devices.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to contribute to a growing team.

Schedule

• Typical shifts: Weekdays: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Weekends: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Weekend availability is preferred.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or higher (preferred)
• Current Tennessee RN License (required)
• Current BLS Certification (preferred)
