About the role

Provide high-quality patient care on a night shift, collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring safety, confidentiality, and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions and care plans.
• Deliver safe, effective, and personalized care aligned with policies and procedures.
• Advocate for patients, address concerns, and educate patients and families.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Valid RN license (single state or multi-state compact).
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS (or equivalent), required upon hire.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to professional development and adherence to standards.
