About the role

Join the Intensive Care Unit team at MaineHealth Memorial Hospital as a part-time, 24-hour night/rotating Registered Nurse and become part of a close-knit team dedicated to delivering exceptional care to patients during their most critical moments.

Responsibilities

  • Care for patients requiring continuous monitoring, ventilator management, and advanced critical care interventions
  • Utilize state-of-the-art technology and evidence-based practices
  • Collaborate, delegate, and communicate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal care
  • Support patients and families during challenging times by providing education, emotional support, and compassionate communication

Requirements

  • One year of recent RN experience required
  • Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required
  • Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred
