Registered Nurse (RN) - Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides specialized, compassionate care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), managing patients with complex, life-threatening conditions. Key Responsibilities Manage and deliver direct patient care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.Assess patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor ongoing progress.Delegate tasks appropriately and serve as a leader within the care team, under physician guidance.Recognize patient care problems and respond effectively to emergencies.Contribute to achieving desired patient outcomes through thorough assessments and planning. Qualifications & Skills Graduation from an accredited Registered Nursing Program.Current RN license in the state of practice.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of healthcare reporting standards and patient safety protocols.Ability to respond promptly to patient care emergencies.Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; new hires must obtain BSN within 5 years.
