Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver patient care, ensuring adherence to nursing processes
- Supervise and direct assigned personnel, performing charge duties as needed
- Administer medications, document care, and develop care plans
- Educate patients, families, and staff to promote understanding and optimal outcomes
Requirements
- State license required upon hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 90 days
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required within 90 days
