About the role
Provide direct care to critically ill adult patients in a high-performing, state-of-the-art ICU facility.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Monitor and communicate patient conditions
- Collaborate across disciplines for care coordination
- Educate patients and families
- Delegate tasks to ancillary staff
- Precept students and new hires
Qualifications & Skills
- Active Maine RN license or ability to obtain
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience in acute care
- CCU experience preferred
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and MOAB are advantageous
