Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU - Fulltime Days

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care as a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team. They practice in a clinical environment guided by evidence-based standards, professional models, and shared governance. Responsibilities Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using critical thinking and individualized care.Partner with patients and families through effective communication, education, and culturally sensitive care.Ensure safe, quality care documentation and promote teamwork and collaboration across disciplines.Support professional development by completing competency assessments, mentoring colleagues, and engaging in performance improvement activities.Promote evidence-based practice, research, and adherence to policies and safety standards.Plan and support resource utilization, develop protocols, and participate in quality initiatives.Adhere to organizational policies, standards of conduct, and legal requirements. Qualifications Diploma from an accredited nursing program required; Bachelor's preferred.Minimum of 2 years of current direct patient care experience.Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact), BLS, ACLS, and instructor certifications required.Strong communication, interpersonal, critical thinking, and time management skills.Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and respond decisively to emergencies.
