About the role
This is a part-time, variable position offering a $10,000-$20,000 incentive bonus and competitive hourly wages.
Responsibilities
- Planning, coordinating, and implementing patient care tailored to ICU patients
- Ensuring safe, efficient, and quality care aligned with departmental standards
- Utilizing specialized care plans and innovative technology to improve patient outcomes
- Demonstrating flexibility, professionalism, and respect towards staff, physicians, patients, and families
Qualifications
- Current state RN license
- Bachelor's or associate degree from an accredited nursing program
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
