Job Summary
Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract position in the ICU at Roswell, NM.
About the Role
Mix of ICU and Stepdown care with occasional overflow to MS departments. Nights shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with floating and call responsibilities included. 48-hour weekly guarantees may be requested, and blocked scheduling is possible, including EOW.
Responsibilities
- Mixed ICU and Stepdown patient care
- Occasional overflow to MS departments
- Nights shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Floating to Stepdown and MS depts required
- Call required, but rarely needed
- Must include EOW in scheduling
- Scope of role includes 16 patient beds with a patient ratio of 1:2, sometimes 1:3-4 for Stepdown patients
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in ICU nursing
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Qualifications
- Current RN license in good standing
Skills
- Strong clinical skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
