Our ICU Department embodies a culture of teamwork and effective communication, which are essential for providing specialized care to patients. This department provides clinical care for patients from Neonatal to Geriatric patients. Castleview Hospital is a community healthcare facility located in Price, Utah. Serving the residents of Carbon County and surrounding areas, the hospital provides a range of medical services, including emergency care, surgical procedures, and specialized treatments. Castleview Hospital is committed to delivering quality patient care and fostering wellness in the local community.

Responsibilities

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
• Performs timely and accurate QI assessments

Requirements

• Current state RN license
• Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• ACLS and PALS certifications required
• One year of experience preferred
• ASLS certification preferred
