Responsibilities

• Develops and documents care plans
• Performs patient interventions proficiently
• Verifies orders and medication accuracy
• Administers medications following policies
• Monitors for adverse reactions
• Interprets diagnostic data and communicates critical findings
• Ensures age-specific competency
• Collaborates with healthcare team members
• Promotes safe, effective patient care
• Ensures medication and procedure accuracy
• Monitors patient responses
• Performs related clinical duties
• Focuses on professional growth, standards of practice, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Nursing
• Valid Multi-State RN License
• BLS CPR certification (within 7 days of hire)
• ACLS and NIHSS certifications required for ICU/CCU/SICU/CVICU

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of telemetry experience
• CCRN certification
