About the role
Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the ICU, providing specialized care to critically ill patients in an 8-bed unit. You will perform patient assessments, initiate appropriate nursing interventions, and ensure accurate documentation and care planning.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and provide appropriate care
- Perform timely documentation and care plan revisions
- Conduct quality assessments and ensure compliance with medical standards
- Collaborate effectively within a team to deliver optimal patient outcomes
- Complete and revise interdisciplinary care plans
Qualifications and skills
- RN license required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
- ACLS and PALS certifications within six months
- Preferred: one year of experience
- Preferred: ASLS certification
- Preferred: Handle With Care (HWC) within 6 months
