Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU

Role & Responsibilities Provide nursing care for acutely ill patients, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.Document patient care accurately and communicate patient status to the care team, patients, and families.Assist with activities of daily living and collaborate across disciplines for comprehensive patient care.Evaluate patient and family learning needs, offering education tailored to individual circumstances.Advocate for patients' physical and emotional well-being, participate in performance improvement and continuing education.Maintain compliance with scope of practice, perform other duties as assigned, and ensure reliable attendance. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license in Iowa or a Compact State.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; preferred ACLS, PALS, Handle with Care, and telemetry experience.Strong communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills.
