The best career is right here. St. Elizabeth Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse Visit Nurse for the Hospice unit located at the Edgewood, Kentucky location. Hours: Part-time, 20 hours weekly. Shift: One 12-hour shift from 7:00 pm - 7:00 am and one 8-hour shift of 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm. Driving required; this position serves seven counties.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Licensed to practice nursing in the state where work is being performed
• If eligible, must have a Compact (multi-state) License in their primary state of residence
• Mets contact hour requirements for licensure, including all state-required courses
• Valid Driver’s license

Specialized Knowledge

• Demonstrates advanced assessment skills appropriate for home care environment
• Able to function independently
• Knowledge of community resources

Experience

• 2-3 years of RN experience in a hospital or care facility setting
